Dispatch time
Most poshak are handmade to order. Ready items are dispatched within 3–7 working days. Premium, heavy-handwork and customised pieces may take 10–12 working days. The exact timeline for your order is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Where we ship
We deliver across India from Vikaspuri, Delhi. Orders are sent by reputed courier or Speed Post, and a tracking number is shared with you on WhatsApp once dispatched.
Delivery charges
- Delivery charges depend on weight and destination and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Charges are additional to the product price unless a specific offer states otherwise.
Delays
Once handed to the courier, delivery time is managed by the courier partner. Delays caused by courier networks, weather, festivals or regional restrictions are beyond our control, though we always help you follow up.
Correct address
Please share a complete address with pin code and a reachable phone number. Re-delivery for an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be chargeable.
